How does the letter sending service work?
Simply choose your letter type, write or upload your content, enter the recipient address, and we handle the rest. We print, stamp, and mail your letter within 24 hours.
What types of letters can I send?
We offer three types: Lettre Verte (standard, 3-5 days), Lettre Suivie (tracked, 2-3 days), and Lettre Recommandée (registered with acknowledgment of receipt, 2-3 days).
How long does delivery take?
Lettre Verte takes 3-5 business days, while Lettre Suivie and Recommandée take 2-3 business days. Letters submitted before 5 PM are printed the same day.
Can I track my letter?
Yes, Lettre Suivie and Lettre Recommand\u00e9e include tracking. You can follow your letter's journey from your dashboard or directly on the postal tracking page.
What file formats are accepted for upload?
We accept PDF files up to 10MB. Your document will be printed exactly as uploaded on high-quality paper.
How does the subscription work?
Start with a 48-hour trial for a small fee. After the trial, your subscription renews monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What is the acknowledgment of receipt?
The acknowledgment of receipt (Avis de Réception) is a signed proof that the recipient has received your letter. It has legal value and is returned to you as a digital copy.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted and transmitted securely. We do not store or read your letter content after it has been printed and mailed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment system.
Can I send letters internationally?
Currently, our service is available for letters sent within France (Metropolitan and overseas territories). International sending is coming soon.
What happens if my letter is returned?
If a letter cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the sender address you provided. You will be notified via email and can see the status in your dashboard.
Do you offer templates for common letters?
Yes! We have a library of pre-written letter templates for common situations (termination letters, complaints, administrative requests, etc.) that you can customize.
What are the subscriber benefits?
Subscribers enjoy up to 50% discount on all letter prices, access to letter templates, priority customer support, and real-time tracking.
How do I contact customer support?
You can reach our support team through our contact form available on the website. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days.
What is the difference between Lettre Verte, Suivie, and Recommand\u00e9e?
Lettre Verte is the most economical option for non-urgent mail (3-5 days). Lettre Suivie adds tracking so you can follow delivery progress (2-3 days). Lettre Recommand\u00e9e provides tracking plus legal proof of sending and delivery with acknowledgment of receipt (2-3 days) \u2014 ideal for official or legal correspondence.
How do I write my letter on the platform?
You have two options: write directly in our online editor, or upload a PDF document. Both options produce a high-quality printed letter on standard A4 paper.
Is there a limit to how many letters I can send?
During the trial period, you can send 1 letter to test the service. Active subscribers can send up to 10 letters per month. If you need to send more, please contact our support team.
When is my letter printed and mailed?
Letters submitted before 5 PM on a business day are printed and deposited at the postal sorting center the same day. Letters submitted after 5 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Can I preview my letter before sending?
Yes! Before confirming your letter, you can preview exactly how it will appear once printed. This includes the layout, addresses, and content so you can verify everything is correct.
What paper and printing quality do you use?
We use 80g/m\u00b2 white A4 paper with professional laser printing in black and white. Color printing is available for PDF uploads that contain color elements.
How does the 48-hour trial work?
When you subscribe, you start with a 48-hour trial period for a small fee. During this time you have full access to all features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged the monthly subscription fee.
Can I send a letter with multiple pages?
Yes, you can send multi-page letters. Whether you write in the editor or upload a PDF, your letter can contain multiple pages. Additional pages may affect the postage cost depending on the total weight.
What happens after I click Send?
After you confirm sending, your letter enters our printing queue. It is printed, folded, inserted into an envelope with the correct postage, and deposited at the postal sorting center. You receive an email confirmation and can track progress from your dashboard.
Is the Lettre Recommand\u00e9e legally valid?
Yes, our Lettre Recommand\u00e9e service produces a legally valid registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, identical to what you would send at a post office. It is accepted for all legal, administrative, and contractual purposes.
