Subscription Terms

1. Description of Service

Envoi Lettre provides an online letter sending service allowing users to send standard, tracked, and registered letters. The service includes printing, stamping, and mailing of letters on behalf of the user.

2. Trial Period

The trial period begins when you pay for your first letter on the Premium plan and lasts 48 hours. Its price is the discounted (-50%) price of the letter you order, as displayed at checkout; no additional amount is charged for the trial. During this period you enjoy all Premium benefits. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew.

3. Automatic Renewal

After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at 39.90 EUR per month. You will be charged on the same date each month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings and clicking "Cancel subscription". After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

The letter paid for during the trial is printed and posted immediately at your request: it is non-refundable once printed. For monthly subscription charges, you may request a refund within 14 days of being charged, provided you have not used Premium benefits during that billing cycle.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these subscription terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
